I'm the girl who writes poems
Because it helps me get my feelings out.
It's the only way I know how.
I'm the girl who will love anyone
No matter who they are.
I'm the girl, who can be annoying at times,
But I love life and everything in it.
I'm the girl who will always make
Room in her heart for someone,
Because I love just about everyone.
I'm the girl, who will flirt with you,
But never admit to you how I really feel.
I'm the girl who will truly love you.
No one will ever love you as much as I do.

That Girl In The Mirror
Happiness will remain forever out of reach
When love from your life you omit
To the girl in the mirror; you are beautiful
Yet somehow you never quite fit
Not the girl they thought you’d turn out to be
When you were a neonate child
Born with a raging heart and a raging mind
But with a manner ever so mild
Your scars aren’t always visible to them
And not only hidden under attire
Lacerations to the mind are just as abhorrent
When memories and dreams conspire
So girl break the mirror if you have to
And reflect on your life as a whole
Do you really want to spend the rest of your days
Behind a façade of self control?
Please be strong

I am a Girl
I let out a cry,
As you shove me into a wall,
Of the darkened hall,
I slid down to a sitting position,
As you worsen my condition,
My eyes blurred by tears,
But you can't seem to hear.
I am a girl,
You should treat me fair,
Instead of yelling and hitting,
And pulling out my hair.
Leaving me crying,
In the dark,
You start to breaking and throwing,
Things that are sharp,
Glass start to fly,
I hope it gets into your eye,
But instead it hits me in the thigh.
I am a girl,
You should treat me fair,
Instead of yelling and hitting,
And pulling out my hair.
Police arrives at the door,
And they pin you to the floor,
They take me to a home,
Where I'

That Girl is a Hero
She's fighting demons in her sleep
To escape to the break of day
Scars all over her skin
She can't recall how they came to be
Or maybe she doesn't want to tell
Who knows?
It doesn't matter
That girl
Is a hero
